The same product lives at the canonical path and again under a collection. Tags, vendors, and sort parameters mint more copies. Equity splits. Reports lie.
UAE Ecommerce SEO · English delivery
Organic revenue for UAE stores tired of renting every order.
Shopify and catalogue SEO for brands already selling in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. We rebuild the pages that should make money, stop the crawl wasting itself, and only then earn links. Ads can stay. They should not be the only thing keeping the store alive.
Lucknow studio. The audit is a look at your live store, not a slide deck. No ranking promise, and no Arabic SEO on this engagement — delivery is in English. This page is for the UAE only.

01 Where catalogue stores leak
Six Shopify problems that do not show up in an ads dashboard.
Paid CAC keeps climbing. Pause the ads and the orders pause with them. Organic is supposed to be the asset that remains. On most catalogues it is busy indexing the wrong URLs.
A collection with a title, eight products, and no reason to exist still gets indexed. It competes with the collection that actually sells.
Review apps, currency switchers, pop-ups, and unused pixels stack on the theme. The template gets slower. Mobile shoppers do not wait for it.
Filters for size, colour, and price generate URLs nobody should rank. Crawl budget goes to combinations. The money collections get visited less.
Price, availability, and review markup never make it into the template. The product is harder to understand, and richer results are left on the table.
A post titled like the collection outranks the collection. Informational URLs take commercial clicks. The blog becomes the product by accident.
None of this is fixed by posting more, or by buying links to the homepage. The commercial pages have to be worth ranking before anything points at them. When ads are the only channel, every quiet week in the ad account is a quiet week in revenue.
02 What we will actually say
Process, not a borrowed dashboard.
This page does not invent ecommerce lifts. The claims below are how Backlinks Work already works, in public, on backlinkswork.com.
UAE only, on this page
The studio is in Lucknow and works with businesses elsewhere. This offer is not. It is for catalogues selling in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
Consultation before a quote
Engagements start with a free conversation and a look at the site. There is no rate card on the main site, and there is no price table here either. The budget band on the form is a fit check, not a fee.
Written before spend
Audit, then a roadmap: what happens, in what order, and what to expect. In-house writers and developers in Lucknow, not a chain of freelancers.
A horizon, not a trophy
On our own site we say most websites start to move in 3–4 months, with more to show by month 6–8. That is a general process note. It is not a result for your store, and it is not a guarantee.
03 Fit
A narrow offer. Most businesses should not hire it.
It is for
- Shopify, WooCommerce, or another catalogue that is already taking orders.
- D2C and retail brands selling into Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah.
- An owner or marketing lead who can approve theme changes, or give a developer the spec.
- Teams who want organic revenue to carry more of the month, not a blog retainer with nowhere to send the reader.
It is not for
- Agencies looking for white-label fulfilment.
- Students, course projects, and practice stores.
- Salons, clinics, and local-service businesses. Different work. Not this page.
- Anyone who needs “page one in 30 days”.
- Stores that need Arabic SEO, Arabic landing pages, or an Arabic content team.
- Content-only retainers where collections stay thin and the blog is the whole engagement.
04 Commercial order
Money pages first. Links last.
Blogs are support. They are not the product. A link to a thin collection does not make the collection commercial.
Collection and money pages
Map demand to the collections that should rank: category, use-case, and the few filters that deserve their own URL. Rewrite titles, intros, and internal links so the commercial page is the one Google is asked to keep.
Technical and index control
Canonicals, collection-aware product URLs, thin and empty collections, tag and vendor archives, faceted parameters, and the app weight that shows up in Core Web Vitals. Decide what is indexed. Remove the rest from the fight.
Product templates and schema
One product template that states the offer: unique copy where products are not clones, clear availability, and Product schema for price, stock, and reviews when the data is real. No markup for ratings you do not have.
Guides that support categories
Editorial only where a collection needs it: sizing, materials, “how to choose”, comparisons. Each guide points back to a money page. If a post is already cannibalising a category, it gets merged, redirected, or retitled.
Links, after the page can hold them
White-hat links come last, and only toward URLs that deserve them. We do not lead with a backlink package. Authority on a leaking catalogue mostly amplifies the leak.
05 Where we do this
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah. English only.
One country. Three cities that do not search, ship, or compare the same way. Copy, calls, and reporting on this offer are in English. If Arabic is a requirement, this is the wrong offer.
DXB
Dubai
The densest English commercial demand of the three. Mall brands and D2C overlap, and delivery speed often belongs in the snippet. We map collections to how people search in English in Dubai, not to a generic “UAE” page that could be anywhere.
AUH
Abu Dhabi
Often a different basket and a higher consideration set. A Dubai navigation copied into an Abu Dhabi collection is not a strategy. Currency, delivery promise, and who you lose the click to are part of the map.
SHJ
Sharjah
Price-led queries and neighbouring delivery show up more often here. A thin store-wide collection should not pretend it is three cities. If the catalogue does not actually serve Sharjah, we will not write as if it does.
Marketplaces, said plainly
Noon and Amazon.ae will keep the comparison shopper who wants the marketplace checkout. That is not a failure of your theme. SEO’s job is the queries where your own store should win: brand, category, and the problems your product solves.
Backlinks Work does not run marketplace ads. This engagement is search on your site. If someone sells you “we will also buy your Noon or Amazon.ae media” as part of this page, that is not what is being offered. We do not promise Arabic SEO, Arabic landing pages, or an Arabic content team.
06 First ninety days
Named artifacts. Not a vibe of “SEO ongoing”.
Ninety days is the production window for the documents and the page work below. It is not a promise that you will rank in that time. Movement, when it comes, still sits on the longer horizon we publish: often from month three or four, not from week two.
Days 1–30
See the catalogue
- Demand and collection map: which URLs should own which queries.
- Crawl cleanup list: duplicates, thin collections, parameters, orphans.
- Index rules written down, including what we will not let Google keep.
Days 31–60
Rebuild what sells
- Priority money pages rebuilt: titles, copy, and internal links.
- Product template notes and schema, only with data the store really has.
- Theme changes either shipped by us or handed to your developer as a spec.
Days 61–90
Support, then a scorecard
- Short list of guides that exist only to support a category.
- Link targets named only where a page can hold them. Nothing sprayed at the homepage.
- A written scorecard: what shipped, what is indexed, what is next, what we will not pretend moved.
07 Price
No tiers. The store decides the number.
We do not publish AED packages on this page. A 40-SKU Shopify store and a 4,000-SKU catalogue with three apps fighting the theme are not the same job. Inventing three columns would be a costume. The form asks which monthly band you already spend on ads, or can put toward SEO. That band is how we avoid a mismatched conversation. It is not a quote.
- First step is the free teardown. No card, no retainer, no “strategy call” that is a pitch in disguise.
- After we have seen the store, you get a written roadmap with a cost attached to that scope.
- If a monthly engagement makes sense, it scales with catalogue size, how messy the index is, and whether we implement in the theme or your developer does. That sentence is the whole rate card.
08 Case studies
Two live snapshots. Neither is a ranking promise.
Both cards are current windows under an SEO engagement. Client names and store URLs stay off this page. Client A’s headline figure is total store ecommerce revenue in GA4 for 1–31 August 2026 ($259k+ / $259,185.39). It is the whole store that month, not organic-only, and there is no before-and-after lift. Organic Search was $59,056.45 of that total. Search Console figures are the last 28 days around September 2026. Client B is a Shopify Analytics period snapshot of store sales. Those figures are month-over-month store growth while the store was under SEO work. They are not organic-only revenue, and they are not a claim that every order came from search. A number that cannot be stood behind stays off the site. Neither store is a UAE result.

09 FAQ
Short answers.
What does it cost?
There is no public price. The teardown is free. The roadmap after it names the work and the cost for that store. A retainer, if you want one, follows catalogue size and who implements. We will not quote from a table of packages. The AED bands on the form are there so we know the monthly range you already spend or can put toward SEO. They are not fees.
Why do you ask for a budget before the teardown?
So a 40-SKU store and a 4,000-SKU catalogue do not land in the same first conversation. Pick the band closest to monthly ad spend or the SEO budget you can actually put to work: under AED 2k, 2–5k, 5–10k, or 10k+. The written cost still comes after we have seen the store.
How long before anything moves?
The first ninety days produce the map, the cleanup, the rebuilt money pages, and a written scorecard. Search movement, for most sites we talk about publicly, starts around 3–4 months and is clearer by month 6–8. That is our general expectation, not a guarantee, and not a 30-day ranking offer.
Is this actually Shopify work?
Yes, when the store is on Shopify: collections, product templates, canonicals, apps that hurt speed, and the parameter URLs Shopify is happy to create. WooCommerce and other catalogues follow the same commercial order. We do not start by redesigning the theme for sport.
Is there a contract?
Not a surprise one. Scope, fee, and how either side stops are written after the teardown, when the store has been seen. We do not use this page to lock a term length we have not earned.
Who edits the theme?
Either us or your developer. We are a studio with in-house developers, and we also build on Shopify, so implementation can sit with us. If your team owns the theme, you get a written spec instead. We agree which before the rebuild starts. We do not need your checkout, payments, or ad accounts for this work.
Which cities, and do you do Arabic?
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah only. Calls, copy, and reporting are in English. We do not sell Arabic SEO on this page. Marketplace advertising on Noon or Amazon.ae is not part of the offer.
10 The free teardown
Send the store. Get a written look before anyone talks retainers.
You get a straight note, not a 40-page audit costume. The same six checks, every time.
- 01Demand and collection map: the URLs that should be making money.
- 02A crawl sample: duplicates, thin collections, and parameter waste.
- 03Template notes: product schema gaps and title patterns.
- 04App and speed suspects that are obviously hurting the theme. Observation, not a lab fantasy.
- 05Where the blog is competing with a category, if it is.
- 06What we would do first, and what we would leave alone.
A smaller yes, only after the audit
If the teardown shows a short list of money collections doing the leaking, the next step can be a fixed-scope collection sprint: those pages only, scope in writing, then stop. It is not a package on a menu, and it is not priced here. It exists so you can buy a bounded piece of work after you have seen the note, instead of jumping to an open retainer.
